Ann-Lis has two decades of on-campus experience. After several years in the admissions office, Ann-Lis shifted her primary focus to the first-year student experience, retention, and student success. She has collaborated and coordinated with multiple campus constituents; developed and managed classroom instruction, workshops, coaching, curriculum, and orientation; and built and deployed communication plans in support of enhancing the student experience and improving outcomes.
